Which payment method do you accept?

You can pay with all major Debit and Credit Cards (MasterCard, Visa, AmEx etc.). We use Stripe to securely process and protect your card details.

How do you process payments?

We use Stripe to securely process all payments. Your card details are never shared with us. All the information required to process a payment is sent directly to Stripe, using a secure SSL connection. We only receive confirmation of a payment from Stripe and the last 4 digits of your card.

Stripe also carries out fraud checks on every transaction.

Is your payment process secure?

Absolutely! We DON’T store any card details or any other sensitive data you have used to make payments on our server.

We use HTTPS protocol to provide secure connection. All pages are served, using a valid and trusted SSL certificate (see the green padlock on your browser’s address bar).

I’m having problems making a payments, what can I do?

Please get in touch with us via our contact us page with as much information as possible, and we will try to resolve it for you as soon as we can.

Is there any bulk buying discount?

Do you work with bloggers and reviewers?

Yes, we work with bloggers and reviewers. If you’re a big deal online (run a popular Blog, Instagram account, YouTube Channel, or Twitter account) please get in touch with us, using this form here.

We receive many requests every day, and we read them all. If we haven’t contacted you within 2 weeks of your form submission, it probably means your audience is not a good fit for our product at this time.


When does my order gets processed?

Tl;dr: We process orders between 5am-7am weekdays. Orders placed after 7am are processed the next day. Friday and weekend orders are processed between 5am-7am on Monday. Most times, we will try to process your order the same day.

Can I modify my order after I paid for it?

We try to process your order quickly as possible. If you would like to modify your order, please contact us immediately. If the package is sealed or has been passed to our shipping partner, then we won’t be able to modify your order. Please get in touch ASAP.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship worldwide. We will always try to use Royal Mail Signed & Tracked service. For some countries, this service is not available. We will use the next fastest service available. You can find out more about Royal Mail services for your country, here.

How much does shipping cost?

We charge flat fee of $7 for worldwide shipping (actual Royal Mail Signed & Tracked cost is nearly $14, but we absorb this cost).

For UK customers, we will send it first class free of charge. But, if you require tracked service, it’s extra £5, i.e., $7.

How long does the shipping take?

It usually takes around 5-7 working days if we use Royal Mail Signed & Tracked service. Within UK, it should be with you between 3-5 working days.

My order has arrived but an item is missing, what’s next?

Your order may still be waiting at customs clearance. Please check with your local postal service.

If you have ordered more than 2 cases, they may arrive at different times. Our shipping packages can carry maximum 2 cases.

Which phones do have case for?

We only hold stock for Apple iPhone 5, 5s, 6, 6s, 6 Plus, 6s Plus. Want us to stock something else? Let us know here.

Does PaperCase, NionCase or SandCase case have any grip?

PaperCase and NionCase provide good grip. But, the SandCase has extra grip for added slip protection.

What sort of protection does your case offer?

PaperCase and NionCase are thin, measuring only 0.4mm thickness. It won’t protect your phone or you from bullets! It’s the opposite of [this case]. It definitely won’t be any good if you are Jason Bourne!

PaperCase and NionCase protects your iPhone from bumps, light drops, scratches, and dirt. For added protection for your screen, we provide 2 plastic screen protectors and 1 tempered screen protector for FREE. If you prefer the full cover curved tempered glass, we have that in stock, too (priced at $19.99).

Does PaperCase and NionCase become loose after few months?

Short answer, it may (depends on your usage and how frequently you take your iPhone out of the case).

Long answer, unlike other thin cases, we’ve made PaperCase tighter than what’s available on the market. Please pay attention when trying to snap it in for the first time. DO NOT FORCE IT IN, and avoid taking out your iPhone frequently.

We recommend you, first, clean your iPhone and make sure it’s dry, before snapping in the case for the first time.

How do you pack my order?

We use 3 layers of packaging to protect your case. Our packaging is compact and minimal, yet very tough. The inner pack is made of thick, rigid cardboard paper, and the exterior is made of recycled 0.5mm (1600gsm) brown paper.

We try hard to avoid using excessive packaging materials wherever possible.

Returns & Refunds

What should I do if I'm not happy with my order?

We want to make you happy. Please get in touch with us with your Order ID and email address, and we will do our best to resolve any issues you may have.

What is your return and refund policy?

We are happy to receive returns if the item is undamaged, in its original packaging, with all the extra accessories we included with the package.

The return process must be started within week of receiving your order. Please get in touch with us first before returning any items. We won’t be able to accept your return if it’s not approved by us, first.

We recommend you use a tracked shipping service and provide us with the tracking code. We won’t be able reimburse your shipping cost, but you will receive a full refund after we have inspected the returned items.

Furthermore, to return goods to us, please clearly write “RETURNED GOODS” on the package, or we may have to deduct import tax from your refund amount.
