If something isn’t right with your order, we will do our upmost best to resolve any problems or issues you may have, and we will make sure you are 100% satisfied.
If you are not happy with your items and want to return your order, please get in touch with us within a week of receiving it. To make the process faster, we ask that you take a picture of the item for authentication and include it with your initial contact.
You can return your order for any of the following reasons:
– It’s damaged upon delivery
– It has faults
– We have made a mistake
You’ll be responsible for the accuracy of all data provided during checkout, including ordered items, billing and shipping address. Extra processing, replacement or shipping costs may apply to fix issues resulted from inaccurate data provide by you.
The returned items must be without any damage, we suggest you reuse what we have used or similar packaging for protecting the items from accidental shipping damages. We will issue refund once the items have been received and inspected. We will do our best to make sure everything is completed as quickly as possible and that you are kept in the loop throughout the processes.
For shipping the items we suggest you use similar service to what we have used, as it will remain your responsibility until it has been received by us.
